   •Trained technicians on necropsy procedures in compliance with SOP and GLP protocols.
   •Created and updated Training Manuals and Reference Documents in accordance with protocol and SOP. All approved by senior pathologists and management.
   •Communicated with management and trainees concerning SOP and GLP guidelines, trainee status, and lab functions.
   •Spearheaded the creation of the revised End of Cycle Trainee Progress report to better align with Necropsy technical and soft skills goals, with buy-in from Training and Necropsy management.
   •Led the Training and Development Engagement Team. Conceptualized and coordinated several employee appreciation events with the team.

Charles River Laboratories, Mattawan

  • Independently performed specialized necropsy procedures

  • Collected and recorded research data and biological specimens in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices Regulations (GLP), study protocols and SOP’s

  • Ensured raw data records were accurate, complete, in appropriate order, and met requirements.

  • Reviewed documentation of functions performed as part of quality control requirements

  • As Lead Tech, reviewed protocols to guide other technicians in study specifications. Furthermore, met and collaborated with Study Supervisor to ease workflow within difficult studies.
